liver detox
This question is for an herbalist. What will detox my liver? I want to stop taking anxiety medication.?
I read that people who suffer from anxiety and depression showed that their liver and body could benefit from being detoxified. One person was able to get off of her medication and no longer suffers with anxiety. Medications have to many side effects. Help!!!

Talk to your doctor before trying to ween yourself off of anxiety meds. Benzodiazapines like xanax, valium and klonopine, if taken over a long period of time, can have fatal withdrawl symptoms if stopped. I know this isn’t an answer to the question but I am very serious, you can die if you stop taking them and a professional should put you on a schedule for weening your body off of them.
