Behavior change is never easy especially when peers around you are regularly putting pressure on you to do certain things. Repeating positive words pertaining to who you want to become has been proven to work wonders. The change of character starts in the brain and telling it how to think is very effective. If you’re trying to become calm be sure to tell yourself ‘I am calm’ in situations where you might be tensed up. Doing this for the whole day can achieve good results f you really try.

Take up new friends who think in the exact same with how you want to think and slowly you will begin to think like you want to.
