I have a drug test in about a week, detox help?
I smoked 1 joint and before that its been about 5 weeks since I smoked. if I drink a bunch of water how long will it take for me to be clean, I heard that green tea and cranberry juice can help(not mixed together) is that true. also what about bleach and water does that help, i think you put like 1 to 2 drops a gallon. I have about a week and no money for real detox stuff.
I would drink ALOT of water. Also I would exercise & anything else that would make you sweat. But be careful with that use common sense. Dont drink a ton of water right before your test it will dilute your urine and they can tell if it is dilute. So drink tons of water until the day of & rhen just slighty more than normal.
